The A. P. Moller-Maersk Group offers a new international 2-year programme to develop newly graduated engineers, geologists or geophysicists into future technical leaders.

Depending on your technical interests and educational background you will be hired in one of our 9 business units where you will be challenged in three different technical positions thereby gaining hands-on experience with the support of experienced colleagues.

The right learning at the right time

You will alternate between job and advanced theory training modules. These theory modules include subjects such as project management, process management, operations management, strategic thinking, entrepreneurship, risk management, economics, commercial understanding of the energy and transport sector, communication and business ethics.
